What do the moon and the tree have in common? After a long, dark, and bitter coffee we edged towards a bookstore - mound of sand tombs with little gods and little things... the taste of coffee lingers on the tongue, two atoms in active motion through the aisles borrowing dreams, later, as we moved toward the centre of the city our fingers at once pointed at something - two things you pointed at the flimsy moon, I at the peepal tree in its prime youth "you are such a moon," I thought, beautiful and reticent I wondered what the moon and the tree share, apart from that one fraction of a second, where they shared us...
