My Language and I

 

From a language that is written
right to left
they have assumed
my society is backwards.

Fatima Siraj is a Liberal Arts Student in Pakistan. She shares a few poems form he book Limits, a poetry collection that talks about post-colonialism (specifically the Indo-Pak 1947 Partition) and feminism.
