Between the two strings | Tanmaya Kshirsagar

Between the two strings,
Of wood and deer thorn;
Exists a universe of its own,
Having perhaps the better claim.

The first one stops you in time
And second, resurrects you back.
The peaceful void in between,
Transfigures you,
Calming the amplified chaos of the bruised world.

From every dawn to dusk,
You start belonging to a different world,
You never knew existed.

It’s not an escape to the imagination,
But a peaceful apparition with a better reality,
Between the two strings,
There is either a chance or a mixed opportunity,
To find or lose yourself.
And infinitely, between the two strings,
There is everything unwritten.
