He stares at himself in the mirror
but a woman stares back surprisingly
he keeps gazing at his face
beautiful brown eyes, lush red lips,
all brimming with exuberant life
Who is that woman in the mirror?
Who disrupts my heart and peace?
two souls in one body
intertwined with masculinity
but held together by his feminine grace
is it a shame to be an androgynous male?
in a society that doesn’t want to hear your tale
His soul dances with the rhythm of her
a mysterious woman born in his body
with seductive grace, she commands him
as he is held captive by this contradiction
A vague paradox hidden from reality
a nightshade blooming in secrecy
he slowly removes his disguise
and plunges deep into the oblivion
where his fears and demons collide
but he is no longer afraid or ashamed
for he is different and untamed.
