Why fear Death -
The eye mask, unknown routine,
Veiled mystery inside the dark of coffinness,
Ugly untruth behind the truth.
Why fear Death -
We believe in heaven
Whose gates are opened and closed
By the righteousness of our existence.
Why fear Death -
When our deeds are painted on
The hall of self justification
God decreed no regulations, show me one.
Why fear Death -
Death is mere transition to Paradise
Is there a life beyond in which Heaven and Hell
Masquarade like phantoms on a rock?
Why fear Death -
When oblivion
Guides the blind like blind
Are we not fond of the sweetness of slumber?
Why fear Death, a question we refuse to answer
When you are uncertain about its calorific nor malevolent value.
In the hearth we are only sleeping babies,
Eye-lashes stowed with Carnation and Hydrangeas.
